My husband and I decided to visit the Maldives to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We stayed at The Westin and from the second we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Everything from the staff, to the food, spa, was absolutely incredible! We have visited 11 countries so far and this trip exceeded our expectations and was truly a dream. The entire staff was amazing but the two we worked with the most were Ayaan and Sandeep who made sure everything we wanted (restaurant reservations, spa treatments) were scheduled without any complications. We fell in love with this resort and cannot wait to go back!

Insula de corali potrivita iubitorilor de snorkeling, mare mereu agitata si plaje pline de pietre si corali, este obligatoriu sa porti vesta de salvare pentru inot. Personal foarte amabil si atent.
Insula vizavi de care poți merge într-o excursie este frumoasă, dar plină de deșeuri de tot felul.
Generatoarele sunt pozitionate in mijlocul insulei si emit fum si un zgomot infernal care se aude in aproape toata insula.
Am plecat profund dezamăgiți și ne-am mutat pe o altă insulă, nici măcar nu ni s-au rambursat taxele.
Ne-au oferit un upgrade de cameră de 100 USD pe noapte și singura diferență era în canapea care în loc să fie normală era un pat!

Mi-aș dori să pot spune că luna noastră de miere la The Westin Maldives a fost escapada de vis la care speram, dar, din păcate, a fost complet opusul. Din momentul în care am ajuns, am fost întâmpinați cu dezamăgire.

Insula în sine a avut foarte puțin de făcut, lăsându-ne plictisiți de aproape nicio distracție sau activități. Opțiunile de restaurant erau extrem de limitate și, pentru a înrăutăți lucrurile, mâncarea a fost subcomă - fadă, prea scumpă și departe de calitatea așteptată într-un presupus resort de lux.

Camera noastră a fost, de asemenea, o mare dezamăgire. Era prost întreținut, cu pete vizibile pe mobilier și plinte ridicate pe punte. Pentru o stațiune care se comercializează ca destinație pentru luna de miere, experiența a fost departe de a fi specială sau relaxantă.

Nu aș recomanda acest hotel nimănui, în special cuplurilor care doresc să sărbătorească luna de miere. Salvați-vă dezamăgirea și rezervați în altă parte.

The service at this hotel was above and beyond. Upon the sea plane landing I was greeted by a group of staff that were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They graciously upgraded my room from a beach front villa to an overwater villa and the service for the stay was impeccable. The villa was also very spacious and gorgeous.

The only downside was there were only a couple of food options and they’re were somewhat underwhelming. Definitely didn’t go for the food, though. And it was reasonably priced, especially compared to another hotel I’ve stayed at in the Maldives.

I definitely recommend the Westin as a great place to stay!

選了一個平價再上去一點的度假村
主要還是因為這個預算範圍 只有這裡有免治馬桶！

生態應該算豐富
有的房間一下去就有小鯊魚跟海龜
差魔鬼魟 就夠方便了

飯店工作人員都很有熱忱
剛好在島上生病 至少有個醫生可以求安慰
（雖然還是比較信任台灣的醫療服務

放鬆感滿滿 待個五天一週 可能再多我就坐不住了

吃的西式 印度菜都很棒
中式日式跟我們習慣的有點不同
可能是原物料取得比較困難
主廚還是很盡力去呈現
真的服務很好

如果有可能 我給一百顆星
